1912-74:  1/1 to 12/31 (Deadline extended to 3/1 by 3/1/1933)

Monthly Staggered Registration began 1/1/1975 for renewals, expire

"OCT 75" to "JUL 76", based on last digit of plate, as follows:

0 = OCT, 1 = NOV, 2 = DEC, 3 = JAN through 9 = JUL. 

Owners of two or more vehicles could have the same month for all.

New registrations since are assigned same month of next year.
